Delete your Subqora account

This page explains how to delete your Subqora account and the data associated with it. Subqora is developed and operated by Devwhite Limited. You can delete your account and its data at any time — there are two ways.
Option 1 — Delete it in the app (fastest)
Your account and its data are removed immediately:
- Open the Subqora app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account details.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can't access the app, email a deletion request from your registered email address to support@subqora.app. We verify the request comes from your registered address and delete your account and data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account details — name, email address, and password hash.
- All of your subscription and payment entries.
- Your notification preferences.
- Your support tickets, including any images you attached.
What is kept, and why
Nothing is kept beyond what the law or fraud-prevention requires. We never sold your data and do not retain a usable copy after deletion. Residual copies in our routine encrypted backups are purged on their normal rotation, within 30 days.
