Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Subqora collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the app needs to work, we never see your bank details, and your data is never sold.
1. What we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash), the subscription and payment entries you add (service, plan, price, dates), your notification preferences, support tickets including any images you attach, and basic device information needed to deliver the Service.
2. What we never collect
We do not connect to your bank, card, or any financial institution. We never ask for or store card numbers, bank credentials, or statements.
3. How we use it
To show your dashboard, send renewal reminders you asked for, answer your support tickets, and — on the free plan — show ads via Google AdMob, which may process your advertising identifier under its own policy.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors needed to run the Service (hosting, email delivery, AdMob for free-plan ads) and when required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can export your payment history from the app at any time, and request full account deletion via a support ticket — we delete your data within 30 days.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production data is restricted.
7. Children
Subqora is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes and contact
We will announce material changes in the app. For privacy questions, open a ticket under Help & support.
