Welcome to Subqora. By creating an account or using the Subqora mobile app and website (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Subqora.

2. What Subqora does

Subqora is a tracking tool. You enter your subscriptions manually; we never connect to your bank and we do not process, charge or cancel your third-party subscriptions on your behalf. Renewal dates, amounts and reminders are informational only — always confirm with the service provider.

3. Free plan and advertising

The free plan is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Upgrading to Pro removes ads.

4. Pro subscription

Pro is billed through your app store account at $2.99/month or $29.90/year and renews automatically unless canceled in your store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Refunds are handled by the app store's own policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service — no attempts to breach security, scrape data, reverse-engineer the apps or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Your data

You can export your payment history at any time from the app and request account deletion via support. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subqora is not liable for missed renewals, incorrect amounts, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
