How to cancel Tinder
How you cancel Tinder Plus, Gold or Platinum depends on who bills you. Apple and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in your Apple or Google Play settings. Card or PayPal subscriptions are cancelled on tinder.com or in the Android app under profile icon > Manage Payment Account. Deleting the app does not cancel, and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancel Tinder on iPhone
If your order number starts with MK (billed by Apple).
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Tinder.
- Tap Cancel Subscription, then confirm.
If you paid with Apple Pay or a web payment option inside the app, use the tinder.com steps instead.
Cancel Tinder on Android (Google Play)
If your order number starts with GPA (billed by Google Play).
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Tinder.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Cancel on tinder.com or with a card / PayPal
If your order number starts with TNDR, or you paid by card or PayPal in the Android app.
- Go to tinder.com and log in (or open the Tinder app on Android).
- Tap your profile icon.
- Select Manage Payment Account.
- Find the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.

- Your subscription stops renewing; it renews automatically until cancelled.

Does deleting Tinder cancel my subscription?
No. Uninstalling or deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Can I get a refund for Tinder Gold or Platinum?
Most purchases are non-refundable, but Tinder can help with card, PayPal or Google CC purchases (order number TNDR or COSU) made in the last 14 days. Apple and Google Play purchases must be refunded by Apple or Google under their policies.
I switched from iPhone to Android. Do I need to cancel on the old phone?
Yes. Subscriptions do not transfer between platforms, so cancel through your old device's store.
