How to cancel Crunchyroll
To cancel Crunchyroll Premium, sign in on crunchyroll.com, click your profile picture > Settings > Membership Info > Cancel Subscription, then click No thanks, Finish Cancellation. You keep all Premium perks until the end of your billing period. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, or through Amazon, PlayStation, Roku or YouTube, cancel there.

Cancel Crunchyroll on the web
Use this if you pay Crunchyroll directly by card or PayPal.
- In a web browser, log in to your Crunchyroll account and select your profile.
- Click your profile picture (top right), then Settings.
- Go to Membership Info, then Cancel Subscription.
- Click No thanks, Finish Cancellation.
- Optionally share feedback and click Submit and exit, or click Skip and exit.
Tip: Membership Info also shows how you are billed and links to the partner you signed up through.
Cancel Crunchyroll on iPhone
Only if you subscribed in the Crunchyroll app on iOS.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Crunchyroll.
- Tap Cancel Subscription, then confirm.
App subscriptions cannot be cancelled on crunchyroll.com.
Cancel Crunchyroll on Android
Only if you subscribed in the Crunchyroll app through Google Play.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Crunchyroll.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Tip: Google Play subscribers can pause instead: in the Crunchyroll app tap your account > Membership > Manage > Cancel Subscription, then Pause my Subscription.
If Amazon, PlayStation, Roku or YouTube bills you
Crunchyroll support cannot cancel partner subscriptions.
- Open Membership Info on crunchyroll.com and follow the link to the platform you signed up through.
- Sign in there and cancel the Crunchyroll subscription (for example Amazon > Manage Your Subscriptions, or PlayStation subscription settings).
What happens after you cancel Crunchyroll
- You keep all Premium perks until your membership expires at the end of your billing period.
Crunchyroll cancellation FAQ
Does deleting the Crunchyroll app cancel my membership?
No. Deleting the app, logging out or removing your payment method does not cancel; charges continue until you cancel through the method you used to sign up.
Can I cancel before my billing period ends?
Yes. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you keep Premium until then.
Can I pause Crunchyroll instead?
Only if you subscribed through Google Play. With other payment methods, cancel and resubscribe later.
