How to cancel PlayStation Plus

To cancel PlayStation Plus, sign in to Account Management on playstation.com, select Subscription and choose Cancel Subscription next to PlayStation Plus, or cancel from Settings on your PS5. You keep all PlayStation Plus benefits until the end of the period you already paid for, and the subscription is deactivated from the next payment date.

• When it ends, you lose benefits such as monthly games, online storage and online multiplayer.
• Games you downloaded at no cost as part of the subscription (such as monthly games) are no longer playable.
• Redeemed PlayStation Plus packs and avatars, and items you bought at a PlayStation Plus discount, are yours to keep.
• Changed your mind? Select Reactivate Subscription before the next payment date to keep it active.

Can I get a refund for PlayStation Plus?

Under the US PlayStation Store cancellation policy you can cancel and request a refund within 14 days of the initial transaction, even after you start using it, but the refund may be reduced to reflect your use. A free trial counts toward the 14 days. Payments already made outside that window are not refunded.

Do I keep the monthly games after cancelling?

No. Games you downloaded at no cost through PlayStation Plus stop being available when the subscription ends. Discounted purchases, packs and avatars you redeemed are yours to keep.

Can I cancel PlayStation Plus at any time?

Yes. You can stop future payments at any time; the subscription is deactivated from the next payment date.
