How to cancel Disney+

To cancel Disney+, sign in at disneyplus.com, select your profile, then Account, and choose Cancel Subscription, then Complete Cancellation. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you signed up through a billing partner such as Apple, Google Play or a provider, cancel with that partner.

Cancel Disney+ on the web (most accounts)

Use this if Disney+ bills you directly. It works in any browser, including on your phone.

Go to disneyplus.com and log in. Needs check
Select your profile. Needs check
Select Account. Needs check
Select Cancel Subscription (in the Subscription section). Needs check
Select Complete Cancellation to confirm. Needs check

Cancel Disney+ on iPhone or iPad

Only if you subscribed through Apple (in the Disney+ iPhone app). Otherwise use the web steps.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Disney+.
Tap Cancel Subscription, then confirm.

If Disney+ is not in the list, Apple is not billing you — cancel on disneyplus.com instead.

Cancel Disney+ on Android

Only if you subscribed through Google Play. Otherwise use the web steps.

Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile picture (top right). Needs check
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Needs check
Tap Disney+.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

If Disney+ is not in the list, Google Play is not billing you — cancel on disneyplus.com instead.

If you pay through a billing partner

If you signed up through a third-party billing partner (for example your phone, internet or TV provider), the steps vary.

Go to your billing partner’s help center or contact them to cancel Disney+. Needs check

What happens after you cancel Disney+
