How to cancel Hulu
To cancel Hulu, open your Hulu Account page in a browser, select Cancel under Your Subscription, choose Continue to Cancel if offered a pause, then select Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing cycle and won’t be charged again. If Apple, Google, Amazon, Disney+, Spotify or another partner bills you, cancel with them.

Cancel Hulu on the web (billed by Hulu)
Use this if Hulu bills you, from a computer or mobile browser. Your billing party is shown on the Account page under Payment Information.
- Go to your Hulu Account page (hulu.com/account) in a browser and log in. Needs check
- Select Cancel under Your Subscription.
- If you’re offered a pause, select Continue to Cancel.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
Tip: Just need a break? Hulu-billed subscribers may be able to pause for up to 12 weeks instead.
Cancel Hulu billed through Apple
Only for existing Apple-billed subscribers — Hulu no longer lets new or returning subscribers pay through Apple.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Hulu.
- Tap Cancel Subscription, then confirm.
Cancel Hulu billed through Google
Only if Google bills you for Hulu.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture (top right). Needs check
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Needs check
- Tap Hulu.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
If a partner bills you (Disney+, Spotify, Amazon, Roku, carriers, HBO Max…)
Hulu’s help center lists Amazon, Apple, Comcast Xfinity, Disney, Google, Kroger, HBO Max, Optimum, Roku, Spotify, T-Mobile and Verizon as billing parties; each handles its own cancellation.
- Check your billing party on your Hulu Account page, under Payment Information.
- Cancel through that partner (for example, a Disney+ bundle through Disney+, or Spotify Premium Student’s Hulu through your Spotify account page).
What happens after you cancel Hulu
- Your Account page should read “Your subscription will be canceled,” and Hulu emails you a confirmation.
- You keep access to Hulu or your bundle until the end of your current billing cycle, but won’t be charged again.
- Free-trial subscribers keep access until the trial ends — except Hulu + Live TV trials, which end immediately when cancelled.
- Cancelling does not delete your Hulu account or your Disney account.

Can I cancel Hulu at any time?
Yes. Hulu-billed subscribers can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fees, and can restart later.
Does cancelling Hulu delete my account?
No. Cancelling does not delete your Hulu account or the Disney account you use for other Disney products. Deleting the account is a separate request.
I have a Disney+ and Hulu bundle. Where do I cancel?
If you signed up for the bundle through Disney+, manage it through Disney+. If you signed up for the Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max bundle through HBO Max, manage it through HBO Max.
Will I get a refund for the rest of the month?
