Google One cancellation FAQ
Will I get a refund if I cancel Google One?
In most countries, Google storage plan purchases are non-refundable, but you keep the storage for the length of the subscription. For Play Store or App Store purchases, follow Google Play’s or Apple’s refund policies.
Can I cancel Google One at any time?
Yes. You can cancel, or change, upgrade or downgrade your plan, at any time.
Will I lose my photos and files?
Cancelling does not delete them, but if you are over the free storage you can’t add new files, send or receive Gmail, or back up photos until you free up space.
