How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud
To cancel Adobe Creative Cloud, sign in to your Adobe account, select Manage plan for the plan, then Cancel your plan and follow the prompts to Confirm cancellation. Access to paid apps continues until the end of your current billing period, but an annual plan paid monthly carries a fee of 50% of the remaining contract if you cancel after 14 days. If you bought through Apple, Google or Microsoft, cancel there instead.

Adobe Creative Cloud cancellation FAQ
Is there a fee to cancel Adobe?
On an annual plan paid monthly, cancelling after 14 days costs 50% of the remaining contract balance — for example, cancelling in the ninth month means paying 50% of the fees for the remaining three months.
Can I get a refund?
For most plans you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. An annual prepaid plan cannot be refunded if cancelled after that, before the year ends.
